We offer rental condominiums in Cebu, Phillipines, at budget friendly prices.
Enjoy your luxurious stay with your travel partner, fulfilling your needs for refreshment in the southern Pacific islands, and at the same time, generous to your wallet. We offer rental condominiums at Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa, in Mactan Island, Cebu, Phillipines. This facility is a combination of a hotel and private owned condominiums (we offer the latter), consisting of four mansion size buildings surrounded by a forest, along side a beach, but still and quiet in the middle of the city, Maribago. The whole facility is surrounded by greenary woods and whistles of tropical birds, much more quiet and peaceful than, and away from, the noise of the city.
Available from one night stay, you may stay as long as the rooms are open for reservation. You will be provided hotel level comfort and luxury, at much more budget friendly price. Because it is not a hotel, there is no room service, and nobody will change your towels and bed sheets everyday (available with extra fees).
Since it is not a hotel, meals such as breakfast are not prepared. You will need to, and you may, make your own meals or go to restaurants, etc.
You may enjoy swimming at the lap pool with no time limits, however, use of other facilities, such as the resort pool and the private beach, are at extra charge. Nevertheless, even with extra charges added, the price for renting the condominium is less than half the price of what you pay at the hotel with same level of what it offers.
You can also enjoy delicious meals at restaurants and gorgeous cocktails at the bar alongside the hotel.
Our rooms are for those who want to fully enjoy what we offer, but at the same time, avoid paying too much money.
And, certainly not the least, security is assured, having security guards standing by on each building entrance and two gateways on the way to the facility, 24 hours a day, all year around.

The room in Tower C, 8th floor
A modern 400 sqft (37 sqm) studio unit with a balcony with views.

The regular price:
On weekday - ₱(Phillipine Peso)2,900 + guest service fee ₱409 = ₱3,309 per night
On weekends - ₱3,000 + guest service fee ₱424 = ₱3,424 per night

The room in Tower D, 3rd floor
A modern 775 sqft (72 sqm) 1BR unit with a balcony.

The regular price:
On weekday - ₱2,200 + guest service fee ₱311 = ₱2,511 per night
On weekends - ₱2,300 + guest service fee ₱325 = ₱2,625 per night

All facilities other than the lap pool are charged. However, if you stay for more than 1 week, you can register up to 2 to 3 guests per month for free passes. This priviledge is limited in numbers, so the first come, first served.
Transfers and car rentals with or without a driver is available at extra charge.
