Management Fee: 30% of Booking Revenue

Example: If the nightly rate is set at 4,000 yen and a guest stays for 2 nights and 3 days...

Guest payment: 4,000 yen × 2 nights = 8,000 yen
Service fee: 4,000 yen × 2 nights × 30% = 2,400 yen

Owner's Revenue: ¥8,000 – ¥2,400 = ¥5,600 / 2 nights
※ In reality, as a payment processing fee... airbnb The host receives the payment amount minus a 3% fee; therefore, the owner's revenue is reduced by 240 yen (8,000 yen × 3%), and in this case...The owner's earnings are 5,360 yen.
※ The figures in the simulation above reflect the amounts from the owner's perspective; the total amount actually paid by guests includes the cleaning fee.
